ResPred.AI is a hierarchical machine learning pipeline to classify Antimicrobial Resistance gene families and functional catagories of Virulence Factors from protein FASTA sequences of bacterial pathogens. The framework integrates supervised learning and ensemble learning techniques, including binary classifiers for initial detection and function prediction models for granular categorization. This tool facilitates high-throughput analysis in microbial genomics, antibiotic resistance surveillance and pathogen virulence studies.
